A very spacious room with a perfect view!  From the main window you look directly towards St. Olaf’s castle and you can just sense the history from when the castle was in it’s prime.

The old wooden beams on the ceiling and the sides of the room lends the room it’s amazing character and the cozy lounge area makes it a great room to unwind in.

En-suite bathroom with shower, large double bed, large flat screen TV, free WiFi, hairdryer, central heating, air conditioning, extra bed possible in this room if booked in advance.

Iron and ironing board are available upon request.

Price is per room per night, please state single or double occupancy on your booking.

Price includes served breakfast or breakfast platter depending on season.

We do have some extra beds available for some of the rooms, if you require a room for more than 2 people, please contact us directly for availability and price.

The whole of Saima House is non-smoking, there is a smoking area in the garden.

Rooms are available from 3.00pm on the day of your arrival, please let us know if you will be arriving later than 5.00pm.

We ask our guests to vacate their room by 11.00am.  Please let us know if you require a later check-out time.

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests, pets are not permitted inside the premises.
